What vaccines does my dog need to receive prior to staying in the hotel or participating in the Fitness Center?
We require all our Noble dogs to be up to date on Rabies, DHPP (Distemper) and Kennel Cough (Bordetella). Yearly Kennel Cough vaccine is acceptable.
Does my dog need to be spayed/neutered?
All pups participating in our Fitness Center group play must be spayed/neutered by 7 months. Please direct any questions about exceptions to our Concierge. We will do our best to work with every Noble dog and his/her special circumstances.
What should my dog bring to the Fitness Center?
Each Noble dog is required to wear a quick-release collar equipped with a name tag including a current phone number. Please feel free to bring any meals, medications or treats you would like your pup to have throughout the day.
Do I need to make a reservation?
YES. All Fitness Center visitors, hotel guests and spa clients must make a reservation for the desired service. This can be done through the Guest Portal on our website or by contacting a Concierge.
What should I pack for my dog’s stay in the hotel?
Any dry food should be portioned out into individual meals. Each suite is equipped with high-quality Snoozer bedding as well as dishes for food and water. Please feel free to send along any additional treats, medications, toys, or personal items you would like to be in your pup’s suite.
What hotel amenities will be available for my dog?
Each hotel guest will receive personalized attention which will include individual walks, exercise in the fitness center with his or her friends, relaxation time (as needed) in their suite, and a brief rest time during meal times. Our Private Chef will be onsite to provide Room Service as requested. We also offer a variety of spa services to send your pup home feeling like the important Noble dog that he or she is.
I have multiple dogs. Can they share a hotel suite?
Absolutely! Our suites are designed to give all dogs plenty of space and are large enough for families to stay together.
My dog has special health/social concerns. What care will they receive?
Our Day Stay service is a great option for Noble pups that may prefer some peace and quiet. Day Stay clients will relax in a suite as well as go on multiple walks and receive individualized attention throughout the day.
Are there any breed restrictions?
We do not have any breed restrictions; however, every Noble dog will go through a pre-registration process during which he or she will be evaluated by our Concierge staff.
Are there any age restrictions?
Your pup must be old enough to have received the final rounds of all three required vaccines (Rabies, DHPP, and Kennel Cough). Senior Citizens are welcome to join in as well and will be able to relax as needed.
Are there any size restrictions?
We do not have any size restrictions. Our fitness groups will be assigned based on size to accommodate all of our furry friends.
Will I be able to watch my dog in the Hotel or Fitness Center?
Yes. Our entire facility is equipped with WebCams so you can keep an eye on your Noble dog. We also have viewing windows in the fitness center and offer Skype sessions for hotel guests.
When can I drop off and pick up my dog from the Fitness Center?
Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7am-7pm, Saturday 8am-7pm and Sunday 9am-5pm. You may drop off and pick up any time during these hours. We also offer Evening Passes for 6pm-10pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. Any dogs not picked up by our closing time will be checked in to the hotel for the night.
When can I drop off and pick up my dog from the Hotel?
If your Noble pup is staying overnight with us we highly recommend dropping off as early as possible so he/she has plenty of time to romp with his friends in the fitness center. Check out for the hotel is 12:00 pm. If you are unable to pick up by 12pm please speak with a Concierge to arrange a late pick up (please note that daycare charges will apply).
Is my dog safe overnight?
A Hotel Concierge will be on duty 24/7 to provide quality care for all of your pup’s needs and to attend to any concerns or special requests.
